Service Delivery Policy
Dynamactive Ventures provides professional consulting and advisory services. We do not ship physical goods. This policy explains how and when our services are delivered after funds are credited to our bank account.
Nature of Services
All offerings are digital and professional in nature, including strategy sessions, transformation audits, advisory retainers, AI implementation, training programs, and project-based consulting engagements. Delivery takes place online (video conferencing, secure document portals, email) or, where agreed, in person at the Client's location or a mutually agreed venue.
Confirmation & Credit
On successful payment, the Client receives an order confirmation. However, all services are rendered only after funds are credited into Dynamactive Ventures' bank account and reflected in our banking records — not merely on payment-gateway or transaction confirmation. Once credit is confirmed, the Client receives a tax invoice on the registered email address within 24 hours. For scheduled engagements (e.g. strategy sessions), a calendar invitation and joining link are sent within 1 business day of credit confirmation.
Delivery Timelines
- Strategy sessions: Scheduled and delivered within 7 business days of credit into our bank account, subject to mutual availability.
- Transformation audits: Kickoff within 5 business days of credit into our bank account. Final deliverable issued within 2–3 weeks of kickoff, as defined in the Statement of Work.
- Advisory retainers: Onboarding within 5 business days of credit into our bank account. Services continue on a monthly cycle thereafter.
- Project engagements: Timelines, milestones, and delivery dates are defined in the Statement of Work signed by both parties. Work commences only after credit is confirmed.
- Digital materials (templates, reports, recordings): Access is granted within 24 hours of credit into our bank account.
Geographic Coverage
We deliver services to clients globally. Where in-person delivery is requested outside our hub cities (Mumbai, Dubai, London, Singapore, New York), travel and accommodation costs are quoted separately and confirmed in writing before booking.
Delays
If we anticipate any delay in delivery, we will notify the Client by email at the earliest and propose a revised schedule. Delays caused by the Client (e.g. unavailability, late inputs) extend timelines proportionally without penalty to Dynamactive Ventures.
Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellation, rescheduling, and refund eligibility are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
