All fees are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR). Applicable taxes will be added to the invoice in accordance with prevailing law. For clients invoiced from our overseas hubs, equivalent local currency and tax treatment apply as specified in the Statement of Work.
We accept payments via UPI, NEFT, RTGS, IMPS, domestic and international debit/credit cards, and bank transfer. Payment links are issued through our payment gateway partner; no card details are stored on our systems.
For project and retainer engagements, invoices are issued monthly with payment due within 14 days. Strategy sessions are payable in advance. All services are rendered only after funds are credited into Dynamactive Ventures' bank account — payment gateway or transaction confirmation alone does not constitute commencement. A valid tax invoice is issued for every transaction.
Cancellation timelines and refund eligibility are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
